I am passionate about health and fitness and enjoy merging this passion in helping others succeed in achieving their fitness goal. I believe fitness is a complete package combining physical, mental and emotional health. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years as well as a running coach. I have completed 15 marathons, including Boston, New York and Chicago. I have also completed four 70.3 ironman triathlons as well as a full ironman distance. As a mother of 3, I know how hard it is to combine family, work and fitness. I am highly motivated and will be there every step of the way to help you achieve your full potential.
Running and Triathlon Coach
I offer customized running plans from 5km to marathons! I can help you get started in learning to run, increase your speed and/or one on one coaching. I also customize triathlon plans whether it be for your first triathlon or to help you achieve a new distance or time goal.
Whether you want to have me as your personal trainer once, twice or three times a week or have me build a customized workout plan, we can work together to help you reach your fitness goals.
I offer personal training sessions, semi-private sessions, running and triathlon plans. I also hold a running club a few times a year.
